Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 April 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuickQuote ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

QuickQuote provides quote-creation, sending and management tools for tradespeople and small businesses. We may add, modify or remove features from time to time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues to the end of the current period. Free trial terms (where offered) are shown at sign-up. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending unlawful or fraudulent quotes, infringing third-party rights, or using QuickQuote to send unsolicited bulk email.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (quotes, logos, customer details). You grant us a limited licence to host, render and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

7. Availability

We aim to keep QuickQuote available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or release updates that briefly affect availability.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

9. Termination

You may stop using QuickQuote at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
